A safety program run by people with authority to stop work, not a binder. Planning, training, and daily accountability shared with every trade partner on the site.

Safety and schedule are the same conversation. An incident stops a site, brings an investigation, and costs weeks — and that is the least important reason to care about it.

The parts that actually work are unglamorous: pre-task planning done by the crew doing the task rather than written for them, orientation every trade partner attends before their first shift, and genuine stop-work authority that does not cost somebody their standing for using it.

We report our record honestly, including the years it was not what we wanted. A contractor who will not show you their numbers is telling you something.

Drawings, a site, or just a date you have to hit is enough to start. We will tell you what it takes to build it and whether we are the right builder for it.
