Halloran Construction
Aerial of a completed commercial park at dusk, loading frontages and parking running to the horizon.

Retail runs on a date somebody already advertised.

Shopping centers, pads, restaurants, and offices — built around a tenant's opening date and, just as often, around customers already using the site.

The hard part is rarely the building; it is building next to people who are still shopping. Construction traffic, cranes, and a live customer entrance end up on the same drive aisle, and the answer is a logistics plan built around the occupied side rather than the construction sequence. Noisy work moves to before opening hours, and the site gets its own construction entrance even when that costs us.

Tell us what you are building.

Drawings, a site, or just a date you have to hit. We will tell you what it takes to build it and where the tenant's opening date sits on the critical path.
