Everything above was built by our own crews and equipment. When the ground turned up something the drawings did not show, the superintendent redirected them that morning.
What was hard
Phase one tenants moved in before phase three broke ground, which put construction traffic, cranes, and a live customer entrance on the same drive aisle.
What we did
We rebuilt the site logistics plan around the occupied phase rather than the construction sequence: a separate construction entrance, hard barrier through the shared aisle, and the noisy concrete pours moved to before opening hours.
What it produced
Three phases delivered with the occupied buildings trading throughout and no customer-facing closures.
